Hey Spartans! Just a quick tip for lunges! Touching your knee to the ground does not mean slamming it to the ground... You should have total control of your body. Legs engaged. Core tight. The weight should not be in your knee nor should you take a long pause at the bottom. It is simply reaching full range of motion. And if you cant reach your knee to the ground thats okay! get as far as you can comfortably and you have another challenge to get down farther by the end of the month!
