Hey Team Christian Walter!!! These past two days have thrown us obstacles that we have gracefully conquered :) Christian had to have his 1 year old shots yesterday, his Synegis shot (RSV prevention shot) and his flu shot in addition to having to have two finger sticks done (one at the Health department to continue his WIC) and another to show his iron was the same from 9am til 130pm @__@ so that was 7 shots all together!!! Surprisingly and Thankfully he did not run a fever nor did he have any other signs and symptoms of a reaction!!! He is a true super trooper!!!! Then the obstacle we encountered yesterday was having WIC take away his formula and switching him to whole milk... Ummmm excuse me people, I have been providing doctors notes since he was born about his special needs with his G-Tube and formula so who put yall in charge to say he can have while milk. Peanut butter cheese and fruit? He cant even swallow good!!! Smh so I thankfully was able to get his formula re-approved by his DOCTOR not his WIC office... 2nd obstacle... We agreed to do therapy here in Gadsden to save time and money... Well they goofed with his appointment time today... Told us 130 and when we get there 20 minutes early, they tell us that his appointment was at 10am and cannot reschedule us until Monday at 2pm... My feelings wouldnt have been hurt had she of had some empathy for me... It is very hard and time consuming loading Christian in and out of the car, into the stroller, back into the car... We have to travel with 6 bags not including the stroller, vent and him every time we move!!!! I just wish people would realize everyone does not have life as easy as others... I wouldnt trade it for the works though!!! Also, another good thing that happened yesterday and today was that I was able to meet two of Christians prayer warriors!!! How awesome is that?
