Hey Volunteers! Though I know we all know how important it is to know CPR and be prepared to act in an emergency, sometimes I think we all wonder if and when that will actually happen. I have the wonderful opportunity to work in the ER and tonight I was able to assist in CPR and bring a mans pulse back. I am thankful for my training and the opportunity I have to continually refresh my skills by teaching within the community. Though you might not work in a setting where CPR is more likely to be used, I can promise you that you will save lives by learning and teaching others. All too many times weve had a life lost because someone witnessing it didnt know how to do it. We are getting more classes set up, so keep an eye out for our posts and come teach people to save lives!
