Hey Yall...Im Renee. I am just holding down the fort while Paula deals with some family stuff...and then goes back for the check up that we have ALL been waiting for! In the meantime...please get your applications filled out and sent in. We have had WAY more interest than was expected and we may wind up having to limit booth sizes or possibly even add a Semi-Jury system to things! I know, I know...what a PROBLEM to have! Below is a post that Paula made that starts out: Tulsa Spring Fling Vendor Application. First things first...fill that out and send it in with your booth rental. The address is at the bottom of the application. Those people will be chosen first. Yes, I know you may have RSVPd on here, but those are hard to find and random...so nobody will be confirmed until this step has been taken. We are hoping to allow as many to vend as is possible, so we have added a half booth space for those that only need space for a table or very small space. These will be 5X10 for 20.00. If you would like one of these, please write it in on your application. If you will be sharing a booth, please make sure and list both personal and business names for those in your booth to help us keep track of how things. Please remember that we are not renting/providing tables at this event...you are responsible for bringing your own. In the event that we DO have to resort to applying extra perimeters...those with one of a kind items will be given priority over those that are vending brand merchandise. Example: If two Mary Kay reps or two Scentsy distributors apply, the first with their application and money in would get the booth. We feel that this is the fairest way to handle things. Also, there is no way to accommodate each booth having its own electrical outlets. Please only request an electric outlet if your booth calls for it. Example: You use a sewing machine to sew on demand or have a specialized piece of equipment that is in use. On your application, please add a note as to why you need an outlet and those will be given priority. Please understand that we just dont have enough for everyone to have their own dedicated plug for recharging cell phones and lap tops. Get those applications in quickly. The sooner that we have those, the sooner we can send out confirmations! Thank you! Renee
