Hey all, Any group of 4 looking to rent a house for next year? There is a house available from the last week of August. 60 Mill End Road, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP12 4JN. It is a 4 bedroom house (3 double and 1 single). All three are spacious, fairly new carpet fittings in each room, all fully furnished with a bed, desk (excluding single bedroom), wardrobe(s). Living room is also furnished with three sofas and a TV (which you will need to renew the license for if interested in a monthly subscription), kitchen comes with a washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge freezer (which was new towards the summer 2013 when I was living there) with another fridge freezer in the garage for extra storage. There is a 50-metre back garden and big enough for 3 parking spaces (2 in the back and one in front, gated). The house is a 15-20 minute walk from uni, however there is a bus stop very close that goes to the bus station. Nearby a corner shop and a fish and chip shop opposite :) for the 3 double rooms its £80 per week (£320 pcm) and the single room is £55 per week (£220 pcm). After living there for a year I definitely recommend it :) The lanlord, Allah, is very easy to contact and deals with any query very quickly.
