Hey all, I am considering entering my first print competition with this image, and I was just wondering if I could receive some CC on if this could possibly be merit-worthy? The original crop included the shoe of the biker, but due to the supports he had holding the bike up, I couldnt keep his entire foot in the frame, or the supports would be seen. Because of that, I tried cropping right above the ankle and elongating the image to give a more proper thirds rule, but Im not sure if it helped. If its not worthy of competition, Im okay with that, but I would love to get some opinions from folks who have been through the process to see if this is something I should pursue with this image, or if I should work for another one.
