Hey all... I hope everybody had a great weekend. The construction on our space is coming along, stay tuned for an update with pictures. Home WOD #6 Monday, Sept. 21st. 5 rounds of : 30 seconds AMRAP Push ups 30 seconds Rest 30 seconds AMRAP Sit ups 30 seconds Rest 30 seconds AMRAP Air Squats 30 seconds Rest 30 seconds AMRAP Jumping Lunges 2 Minutes Rest Get a note book... After each movement write down total number of reps. EARN YOUR REST!!! Give it everything you have for that 30 seconds and take nice big breaths during your rest. Your score for this WOD is total reps after all 5 rounds. DO NOT HUNCH OVER AND REST WITH YOUR HANDS ON YOUR KNEES!!! This compresses your lungs and limits the amount of oxygen you are delivering to your exhausted muscles. Stand tall and rest, it is much more effective.
