Hey all! I wanted to level up my portraits so I worked on this on and off for a week and I had a bunch of aims for this piece: Firstly I wanted to remove details where I didnt want them - mainly being the hair - I wanted to draw in focus to the face and other areas towards the bottom. I also wanted to depict the soft skin of a woman as I think I havent succeeded with that in the past. I wanted it to feel like a painting and try to make something out of a study and lastly, I added little splashes of grey, especially with the face to emphasise colours. Im always open to critiques!
