Hey all, Im new to the group so I hope you will bear over with this stupid question; Im now starting up the hanging challenge which is really well explained in the page, and Ive found out to start with active hangs since Ive dislocated my shoulder many times playing rugby and had a operation almost two years ago. My question is regarding the 30/30 Squat Challenge that a really wanna take up, but dont know where to start? Im really tight in my lower limbs from many years of sitting and playing badminton. My hip flexors, hamstrings and ankles are extremely tight and I cant sit in a deep squat more than 10 seconds at a time (with a very rounded back and my butt winking under) - how should I approach this, is there so steps to do this in (heal elevation?) and is there certain ways to start regarding injury and immobility just like for the hanging challenge?
