Log on to facebook lol!!..then years later its connected me with great people, but more importantly family member from afar!!...On a positive note!!....I have just been gifted an ultra marathon pass for Tawerea next year by the lovely Lyndsey Anselmi from the Rotorua club!! 6OKM!! The cool thing about this also is that she also gave a pass to my younger brother Eric Ami Sila!! Thanks Lyndsey again! !...to all my friends and friends of friends. ..keep fitness close to your heart!! Remember lifestyle fitness is forever! !..talk soon all!! BOOM! !!
