Hey all! My awesomely talented friend and colleague Karen Walker of Kansas City is out in LA making a name for herself as a photographer and curator extraordinaire. Her premiere show, For the Love of Music, features work by current and former roadies who use their creative talents to document and survive the behind-the-curtain life. Often, theres no health insurance, little to no sleep, minimal family time and no guarantee of a future gig. Its a moment to moment life. Karen aims to change the uncertainty of those who bring you the tangible forms of shows you live for by offering artists a place to show their work and shed light on what happens backstage, in real life.
