Hey all! So heres the basic breakdown of E-board positions for next year: President--Oversee all activities of members, faculty presentations, ensuring everything is running smoothly and effectively, posting discussion questions, emailing/posting club updates and relevant information, organizing group study (if applicable) Vice President--In charge of securing faculty members/grad students to present research once a month Secretary--In charge of advertising for the club: posters on the podium, classroom announcements (can organize members to do this for/with them, doesnt have to be just the secretarys job to do announcements in all relevant classes), etc. Treasurer--In charge of securing funds from SA/acting as general liaison to SA regarding official recognition/obtaining funding (T-shirts??) Manager of Affairs--In charge of charity aspect: choosing event/organization (pending approval of other group members), organizing a team, registering team, fundraising, etc. Thoughts? Questions?
