Hey all! Thanks for the ad! :) We are a young couple with two small children (2.5yrs and 1yr) and a calm, well behaved 5yr old lab mix. We have a reliable income and good credit (almost 700) and we are interested in being part of a community/sharing a house. Matthew works as the rental manager of Guitar Center in San Francisco full time and Jackee is raising the kids full time. One bedroom is great for us, its really not as crowded and stressful as one might first think! We enjoy sharing our bedroom with our babies (and our pup!) and will continue to do so for the next few years. We are currently in a community house (temporarily, our move out date is November 4th) and we have really enjoyed being able to experience a community house to see how it would work for us. We have discovered, especially in the Bay Area, its affordable-and fun!-to live in a community house. We know we would be an asset to your household, we are neat-nicks and pleasant to be around. Matthew works Wednesday through Sunday 8a-8p commuting via bike and Bart. Jackee and the kids like to keep the house clean, cook/bake, garden, and often go out and about during the day. They are usually at the house 12p-3p for kiddos nap and then 5p for dinner and bath and bedtime around 6:30p (kiddos are awake in the morning around 7a). As long as there are not marching bands outside the bedroom, noise is not an issue for us. We have sound machines for the kids that wonderfully mask pretty much every thing-point being, special quite times are not necessary. The dog, Emerson, is Jackees shadow guy and you will find him wherever she is. He often goes on outings with the family. He is completely housebroken (his bladder would explode before he would pee in the house)and he does not chew or dig. He gets along with all animals and people. He has his own doggie resume and references. :) Things that interest us-bikes, music (listening and playing-electronic music/dj, vocals, guitar, piano) sustainable living, spirituality, gardening, fun times with friends/family, games, healthy whole foods/paleo cooking, crossfit, crafts, beer making, babies/kids, animals, rock climbing, frisbee. We would love to meet with you and see if we would be a good fit.
