Hey all! We wanted to share this with you. One of our community - TopicsExpress

Hey all! We wanted to share this with you. One of our community and fellow customers took the time to share his idea of what helps to make our community grow, thrive, create and excel! Pretty cool. Thank you Kelley! An Honest Depiction of CoffeeBar I wanted to acknowledge something taking place here that I believe to be, too often overlooked. The development of this establishment over the short time it has been here I see as beautiful and should be used as a model for any aspiration. CoffeeBars’ evolution and adaptation to the times and cultures interwoven in this mountain town is so telling of our community here. It is a perfect example of why so many people of our mindset rebel from the mainstream and exist in places where our creativity is cherished and nurtured. More and more ideas like this are coming to fruition right in front of our eyes. What begins as a thought is transferred from one mind to another, slowing forming a collaboration that when honest, everyone is oh’ so willing to adhere to. The sharing of an idea through inter-connection is the splash that makes a wave and as this wave spreads from person to person, it slowly but surely gains our assurance and support. The momentum behind CoffeeBar comes directly from our community. The will of the individual is merely a small role in the success of any entrepreneurship because without the backing and steady influence from the community in which we strive to be a part of, we are nothing. What I find to be so admirable about CoffeeBar is that it is obvious to see that the idea here is sustainability. By utilizing local, organic ingredients that come from sustainable sources CoffeeBar is joining a movement designed for perpetual existence. It has effectively started here at the ground floor, the root of everything and from here it will continue to thrive because of honesty. There are no false realities at CoffeeBar and that is why everyone is so drawn to it. CoffeeBar itself is a hub for social interaction. It is a mainstay in Truckee and without any radical deviation from what it is now, it will remain to be. The logic behind any ideas’ success is explained through community definition. An honest display of self is the most attractive strategy for attention. Through that honestly earned attention growth will inevitably occur. This is a notion that I think should be spread, because it is just that. Honest. Support local, be creative, grow honestly. Kelley Luchs sustainabilitynow.org
