Hey all how goes it, My best mate told me about a recent young man being ordered to pay to $150,000. Hence, sharing this with him (someone that is an Australian Justice and Legal rep. and my best mate). Therefore, I share it to my FB friends and family. Very passionate about the justice system and supporting it and being someone that was a trained Prosecution/Defending Officer as a secondary duty and assisted DFDA investigators on inquiries in my past career in the Forces. Here it goes: Thats right people should not spread rumours, but commonly exs do or pay someone to do it for them. Consequently, thinking they are getting away with it. Thats why you get a court order signed and dated that states that the other party will not denigrate in any way their ex partner directly and/or indirectly. And if they do they are facing federal prosecution and conviction. I find it interesting how stupid people can be and think you are. Groups like Anominous for instant, that are paid by ex partners to spy and cause corruption to a client (ex partner) should be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law, both the ex partners and the ones being paid off. Thats why you have to be careful how people try to randomly befriend you out of the blue, especially when they live or are from the same town in which your ex partner lives. Furthermore, these so called nice people, blatantly tell you that in their arrogance, they used to work or are still working for organisations like Anonymous. All I can say is be careful out there it could be a neighbour, a classmate in school, or a colleague. Just be one step ahead of them, and most importantly contact the Australian Federal Police tip off at the link below and provide any and all information including video and/or audio evidence to lead to their arrest and conviction of such crimes. Thanks Ian Assheton-Cooper, as being a best mate for over 7 years in Australia and being someone that works in the Australian Legal and Justice System you are a true friend and will always be my best mate. By the way when is the next time you are coming over to share a cup of coffee with me and catch up on some more bs and gossip. You know exs they will stop at nothing to be absolute pests, I know one in particular that should fall off the face of the earth and the sooner the better and stop corrupting peoples life with her bs.
