Hey all want some at your desk exercises to keep your day moving? Try these three moves.... 1. Wide arm push-ups at your desk (keep your arms a little wider than your chest and make sure to keep your core tight.) Try 5 of these the next time you get out of chair. 2. Leg raises in your chair (stretch one leg out straight, lift it all the way off your chair so your thigh is not touching, feel the shake) hold for 10 seconds! 3. Squat it out! On hold, pesky conference call? Stand up and squat it out!!!
