Hey all you Conservative Constitutionalists Hope you all had a terrific Thanksgiving and family time! This Wednesday, Dec 3, 2014 (can ya believe it’s December already?), the Grassroots Tea Party Activists are honored to present Tyler Bowyer, former Regent of the Arizona Board of Regents and Tea Party activist. We are located at: Brand New Church 1827 W Grovers Ave Phx Az, SE Corner 19th Ave/Grovers Ave Fellowship Hall Tyler is a 7th generation Arizonan, & a digital marketing professional with Google, Inc. He has worked for quite a while in politics helping conservative candidates and the conservative cause, including the last two years as a volunteer District Chairman in Chandler. He served as a Regent on the Arizona Board of Regents, and as a Governing Board Member for the three State Universities, Tyler was one of the only members to investigate long-term tuition strategies and public university quality standards. During his tenure there he successfully led the charge to expose and defund Arizona’s largest publicly funded union Imand became the only Regent to oppose and vote against medicaid expansion. Im sure if we ask Tyler he will provide more information on the subject within the Board of Regents system. The Board is the only Board over all of Arizona Universities & Colleges so his experiences while serving as a Regent on the Board should prove to be rather interesting. Tyler is currently running for Chairman of the Maricopa County Republican Party. This election will be held Saturday, January 10, 2015 for those of you who are PCs. He is running with a slate of others running for the various office positions within the Maricopa County Committee. Please help us welcome Tyler this Wednesday, Dec 3, 2014 at the Grassroots Tea Party Activists meeting. It is an open meeting, all are welcome. Doors open at 6 pm; meeting starts at 6:30 pm. Snacks and bottled water will be provided free of charge.
