Hey all you vets whove been deployed before. Do you have deployement dreams? I had a doozy last night. It was odd because normally around half-way though any military dream I go, Hey, Im not in anymore but in this dream it was like a lot of people got pulled back in that IRR way. Again everyone was in the old green BDUs but they were really old and faded. I remember in my dream thinking, Man they couldnt even issue us new ACUs! We were off either the Persian Gulf or somewhere on the coast of India (the water was very brown) and we were all doing some Humanitarian mission involving labor with many of us wearing civilian clothes like coveralls. Didnt recognize anyone exactly but I did wonder when Meg Ryan/Emma Thompson joined the unit! Was in this odd circular building where it was easy to get lost and I couldnt find my section and there were lots of people in the same boat. I think I ended up in the 1-162 area and got into it with some of their S-1 types. I was rather proud at how I kept my temper as this E-4 was giving me a lot of shit for some reason. All an all a very real dream with lots going and and me thinking about what was going on during it all.
