Hey crossfitters!! Hope all is well and that your having a great summer so far. As you know its been a bit crazy with all the changes going on at the gym. The good news is that crossfit is still alive and kickin. And it looks like our space at the SPC center will remain intact. We just need all of you to come out and support us for the month of August. Starting in the Fall, our structured deal with management might go back to what it was. Just need to get through August. So please come and show your support!! =)
