Hey everybody! I try to add a little humor to most of the posts to this page and Im not afraid to poke a little fun at myself either... I changed the paper in our e-ticket printer...and every ticket after printed blank. I was pretty mad at the machine and even took out the manual to see what setting had changed. I called Montcalm Countys IT Director to ask him why it was broke. After several hours I said to myself I wonder if thermal paper only prints on one side, I turned the roll around and what do you know...problem solved! I think that pretty much qualifies myself as an IT Specialist! Another time I made a traffic stop, got done with it and headed east on Main St at about 25 mph. I thought it was odd that from the ice cream shop to about Main St. Pizza every car was pulling over...maybe they were doing business downtown...or maybe I forgot to turn off my overhead lights.
