Hey everyone(Christians in particular who are serious about bible study) if you dont mind reading huge statuses, I have one coming up soon about what the bible says about the doctrine of inspiration. I will be posting it in the comments of this status. To be a little clearer is to say that in this post Ill be talking about various texts that talk about the doctrine of inspiration in scripture. Here is a foreshadowing.. Just to start off: as Christians, we should be people of the book, as Christians we are people who have a firmly held belief about the bible. And we ought to be able to support our firmly held beliefs about the bible and what we believe about the bible. So what we’re doing on this status is examining what we believe about the word of God, and identifying what the bible is, and where it is. The first issue when you do that, is the issue of inspiration. Hope you like the teaser.
