Hey everyone, Dale here: Tomorrows Oly / Mobility classes are canceled for the knife defense seminar. Because theres no class tomorrow, here is your homework: YTWs- 3 sets of 20 each, rest as needed between sets Ankle / calf stretch against the wall- 2:00 each side Couch stretch- 2:00 each side Put your foot up on a box / table / chair and really stretch into that deep squat position / put your foot down and work on your external rotation. Dont be static here! Go hunting and find the beef jerky of your hips - 2:30 per side with your foot up, 2:30 per side with your foot down. Rotate right, rotate left, get deep. Once your all nice and mobile, try to accumulate 10:00 in the bottom of an air squat. Go shoeless if you can to work on your ankles. The 10:00 doesnt have to be all at once, but do it in as few sets as possible. Get after it an enjoy your Sunday! -Dale
