Hey everyone! Happy November! It has been a couple months since I have posted but I am back and here for you! I recently switched over to #Paleo style food. Definitely took some time getting used to, but I feel a ton better, and I still enjoy carbs, but I sub any flour for #AlmondFlour. I typically make my own bread, biscuits, cookies, cakes etc. but its all natural and all organic. I made mayo, the other day. Yes mayo! And OMG was it good! Sometimes I wish I would have switched over sooner! Most of my food is made from #OMGThatsPaleo by #Juliebauer. Which is literally amazing. I honestly cant believe how good it is. I also use #DanielleWalkers #AgainstallGrain. Cookbook as well. They both have amazing food. Since I have switched over, I have noticed a difference in my muscle tone, and cant wait for the end result. I ended up taking a break from working out, just because I felt my body needed a break. After my 10 mile run, I ended up hurting my knee, so I had to brace it for a week or so. Which meant another week down from working out. But I can say, I started #Bodybeast yesterday, was chest and tri, and I am feeling that this morning! Suppose to do leg, but I still want to give my knee some extra time, so I will do some legs, but also doing back and biceps, along with #Piyo Lower body. Will post pictures later. Tonight I am making pineapple kabobs, with elk meat, and a sweet potato. Lunch is #Shakeology, and some veggies and breakfast.. well you will see what I am having. Super good! I hope you all have been lazy (haha jk) but are ready to get back on track. Ready.. set.. Lets .. GO!
