Hey everyone! Hope your having a good evening. We got carried away with the rain the other day and filmed heaps of quick workout ideas for you guys. This is a chair workout that you can do inside! I do basic movements boosted by the fact you are using a chair. Try it in your advert break or make it a rule to do at least one exercise before sitting down! BENEFITS: 1. Box jumps -They blast calories and melt fat -They’ll keep you strong and balanced 2. Side Steps -Improve Symmetry and Balance -Increase your squat and deadlift strength. 3. Side Lunges - targets the inner and outer thighs, hips, glutes - strengthens your core.
