Hey everyone! I accepted my offer last week and thought it was about time to introduce myself. Ive been in french immersion since grade one and have taken a liking to science and art. I like to think that Im one of those that has enough different interests that I have something in common enough to get along with anyone. Im really looking forward to meeting all sorts of new people next year! Name: Cecily Hometown: Newmarket High School: Newmarket High School Age: 17, until July Hobbies: I like to sing, sew, sometimes do art, mostly video games (mainly Borderlands, Bioshock, and Skyrim) Faculty: Physical Sciences Intended Major: Chemical Engineering Favorite music: oh jeez... I like a lot of stuff ranging from metal to broadway to folk to pop... Im not really one for rap or dubstep though. Favorite TV shows: Fringe, Breaking Bad, Orange is the New Black, Girls. Favorite Movies: Cabin in the woods, Scott Pilgrim vs the World, Breakfast Club, Inglorious Basterds. Usually anything from Joss Whedon or about the world wars. Sports I play: Fencing. Eating, breathing, sleeping fencing since I was 9. Favorite books: Ill probably like almost anything you throw at me, I like manga every now and then. I havent had much time to read lately, but on my list is World War Z, All You Need is Kill, re-reading Perks of Being a Wallflower and Looking for Alaska Favorite food: I looooooove Pizza and various Asian foods Do you drink?: yes Do you party?: Only when asked Do you smoke? : no Into politics: not really Level of commitment: to what? Ever had a roommate?: does my sister count? Night owl or early bird?: neither? I like to get my sleep. Time you go to bed on weeknights/weekend: before 11 on weeknights and then however late I am out on weekends Time you wake up on weekdays/weekends: 6:30 on weekdays (because of school D:) and then 9ish on weekends Do you snore?: no Are your grades important: Probably more important than life itself? :P Do you mind having people in your room?: Nope :) Do you mind having people stay overnight?: Only if theyre friendly :) How often do you talk on the phone?: A few times a week Clean or messy?: Im organized... but maybe not the cleanest... Shy or outgoing?: depends on my mood and if i have someone else there to talk to Lazy or active?: I like to think Ill go and do stuff but Im really way too lazy Are you going to be working a job on/off campus?: not as far as I know I cant wait to meet everyone for real in Septmber
