Hey everyone! I have a room that is available immediately. It is just a 2 minute walk from Guting MRT and very close to NTNU and NTU. The roommates are from Nicaragua and France, both very cool people, fun to talk to. The apartment has a bathroom with washing machine and a full kitchen. There is also a projector that can be connected to laptops and used for watching movies or TV shows. This is a Western style apartment with hardwood floors, a bar, and a cool mural of Marlon Brando on the wall behind the movie watching area. It is important for me to emphasize that I have never seen a cockroach in this apartment which is not true of many apartments in Taipei! Rent is 10,000 per month plus 2,000 for utilities including air conditioning, wifi, electricity, gas, etc. Having utilities included in rent pays off because you can use heaters or air conditioning as much as you want without worrying about the bill. There is also another room in the house that is available immediately and a third that will be available at the end of January.
