Hey everyone! I just joined the group a few days ago. My name is Claudia and I am 29 years old (30 in August) and I was diagnosed with CF at age 4. I wasnt hospitalized until after I turned 21. Since then I usually go in about 2-3 times a year. Dont ever let anyone say that CF will keep you from your dreams because I completed 4 years of undergrad (BS in chemistry) and 5 years of graduate school (Master of Science in Clinical Research and Doctorate of Pharmacy). Im currently a registered pharmacist (have been since July 2011), I married the man of my dreams in 2008, and we are in the process of adopting a beautiful baby girl that has lived with us since she was 5 months old (she just turned 2 in May). There have been bumps along the way and my PFTs are not the best but I try to make the best out of it. I believe CF has made me stronger! The picture I am sharing is of myself and our baby girl. She thinks she is supposed to do nebulizer treatments too! lol
