Hey everyone, I just started my second reading and am working on a theory about Lanre/Haliax/Encanis. Its rather difficult to explain (but Ill try my best) I havent put all the pieces together yet, but I figure you guys might have some input that could help it come along. (For my theory Ive been replacing the word demon with fae.) I feel that the story of Tehlu/Encanis takes place after Lanre became Haliax and that Lanre/Haliax/Encanis are all the same being. During the story of Lanre, Selitos says that Lyra and Iax are the only two who can rival his naming abilities (because Ive only read the book once I dont recall too much about Iax except he stole the moon. Someone posted here yesterday that he created the fae. Idk how this information ties into my theory but I have a feeling it does.) In the Tehlu/Encanis story, there were demons posing as people and that refused to cross over to Tehlu, I theorize that these demons (fae) are the Chandrian and that Encanis (Haliax) is their leader. During the battle of Drossen Tor, Lanre kills a beast which I assume to be a Draccus, then it says, after the battle was finished and the enemy was set beyond the doors of stone could this be referring to whatever is behind the doors of stone in the archives? I think so. This is all I have so far. The theory is definitely a work in progress. Sorry if it seems confusing or to jump around a lot. Im hoping that by the time I finish TWMF Ill be able to fill in the cracks. Please let me know what you think and give me some input/suggestions if you have them :)
