Hey everyone :) I just wanted to check in and say hi. Ive been struggling a bit. I like to be honest with you guys. Being sick is super hard but being sick when everything thinks youre better is even harder. I have all these scars, I feel different, and I even LOOKdifferent. I guess Im sharing with you guys because I think its good for people to see that this isnt easy. Unless someone finds a cure in my lifetime, I can never be rid of this illness. I want everyone reading to know that, even though this is hard, Im ok. I think days like this give me even more of a reason to talk about this disease and to keep working toward that cure. Because this doesnt stop with me.
