Hey everyone! I will be competing in Somm Slam at Bacco on July 25th at 6:30pm. This is a competition Mindy Lopus started where two sommeliers pair wines to one meal and guests vote for the winner. Luciano Del Signore of Bacco will be cooking and I will be the guest sommelier against Mindy! This is going to be a great night and a phenomenal meal (I just ate at Bacco last night).
