Hey everyone, If you guys want to make progress quickly then I - TopicsExpress

Hey everyone, If you guys want to make progress quickly then I highly suggest training outside of these practices. Just go on youtube and search up a move you want to learn then go out and do it. Through this method I learned all of the core parkour movements within a month (with more polishing up later of course). Ill give you a place to start: the wall run This was one of the first moves I learned. Just take your phone/video playing device with you and watch it. Do what the guy says step by step. Dont be discouraged if you cannot do it the first time, this is a discipline about progression. With some practice you should get it down (or should I say up?). Once you have learned this move, click the suggestions in the sidebar for other tutorials and keep on going. Core movements: step vault, dash vault, kong vault, wall climbs, tic tacs, reverse vaults, cat hangs, pullups, precision jumps, climbing, cat to cat, underbars, pop vault. I also suggest recording yourself doing the movements. This really helped me as I started out on my own and being able to see what I was doing helped me a lot. Plus its fun to go back and look at old noob videos of yourself to see just how for youve come. If you are self conscious try to find friends or a place with less people. Listen to some music and learn to ignore other people. Be respectful of the environment and try not to damage anything. Dont climb on top of things during the day. If someone asks you to leave just be polite and find a new area. Good luck guys!
