Located on Troutman St. 5 minutes to the JMZ Myrtle/Central Ave stops and an 8 minute walk to the Morgan L stop. It’s one of the coolest streets in the area, right in front of Castle Braid with tons of great coffee shops, bars, dance clubs and restaurants within minutes. Archie’s delicious pizza & beer spot just around the corner going til 4 am. Sorry but no other pets please. $55/day 1 guest (+security deposit, value depends on number of days) $75/day 2 guests $750 whole period 1 guest (+$750 security deposit) $950 whole period 2 guests (+$950 security deposit) About the room: - Clean, medium to large private room (about 11.5’x 12.5’) - Backyard facing, very quiet with tons of sunlight - Full size memory foam bed, feels like sleeping in the clouds - Equipped with a high definition bose speaker system and an 88 key piano weighted midi keyboard/workstation for musicians - I will clear out closet space for you, but as this is my home my stuff will be in the room - Clean towels and sheets About the apartment: - Newly renovated, first floor, no bugs or rodents - 3 other ultra sweet and chill roommates, (technically 4 but she’s away most of the time) - Awesome little backyard with a grill for cookouts and hangouts - Central AC/Heat in the entire place - Ultra high speed 50 MB wi-fi internet - Two unbearably cute and friendly pets, Dr. Kevorkian the cat, and Nuala the 1 yr old golden retriever - 2 full baths - Fully equipped kitchen!
