Hey everyone, Jason here, just a quick one. Several people have sent me a link this morning to a very negative Daily Mail article on juicing and, specifically, juice diets. I am mentioned a few times, unsurprisingly, and its about as inaccurate as an article can get. I did think not to do a rebuff as its in the Daily Mail and most people will take it with a pinch of salt. However, I am also aware that many will take it at face value, especially as dietician is putting up the apartment scientific arguments. This is why I am now cancelling my morning tomorrow and writing a full rebuff to this misinformed, inaccurate and scaremongering article. If you would like to be included in my rebuff and have any stories that can help underpin the juicing argument, Id like to hear from you, especially before and after pictures and especially disease related (type 2 diabetes etc) I have more than enough anyway, but if you want to contribute please do. I have been doing this for 15 years and I cannot believe I still have to spend valuable time countering such nonsense. We are in a disease and obesity epidemic and yet freshly extracted broccoli, spinach, and apple juice gets the flack. I can quite confidently say, the obesity and disease epidemic is not caused by the juice contained within plant food. Speak to the average oversight and diseased individual and I can guarantee theyre not hooked on vegetable juice!!! Right, I must crack on with my day, but full rebuff coming tomorrow. May The Juice Be With You! Jason
