Hey, everyone! My 16th birthday is coming up and because I lack the friends and money for a Sweet 16, Ive asked to get a tattoo in place of that. I had decided on one, but my mom talked me out of it because it was in one of the most painful places to get a tattoo. So-I wanna see your Who-themed ink! I need inspiration! :D ~AtZ (Please no comments about how Im too young for a tattoo-Ive thought this over quite a bit and have very intimate and personal reasons for this. I have spoken to both of my parents and they both agree with me!)
