Hey everyone, Village Music will be hosting Barry Ellsworths and James Murphys official CD release Closer Ties this Friday, July 18, 2014. The boys will be performing outside the store weather permitting, inside if its raining. This will be a great opportunity for everyone who has seen them on Village Beat, to drop by, pick up their new CD and say hi. They are very excited about this CD and I have to say, after listening to it, it is definitely their best stuff to date. Congratulations guys on keeping traditional music alive and sharing it with a younger generation. Anyone who knows me can honestly say I love most all genres of music but I particularly support our local musicians.
