Hey everyone, We are looking for a new roommate for our big room starting February 1st! The room has two large windows exposed to the sun, several comfortable armchairs and is fully furnished and equipped (Internet, TV, sheets and blankets..). It’s inside a pretty big house with 2 others rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a little patio outside to make barbecues. The house is also fully equipped, with a very good heating system, a washing machine, an oven and many other cool stuffs. It’s located next to the corner Alek Manoukyan/ Vardanants in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, 10 minute away from Republic Square. We’re already 2 living here, from Armenia and France! The rent is 250 $/month + the fees for gaz, electricity etc (around 20$ in winter each). Please find below some pictures of the room.
