Hey everyone happy Thursday! Whats your favourite stretch/mobility drill? BTW, this leads to a quick fitness tip. If youre looking to less injuries or injury risk, becoming more fluid in your movement, having happy healthy joints, lifting heavier weights and become fitter, you should ensure that you have good level of mobility in your joints. My favourite mobility drill is Goblet Squats Prying drill.
