Hey everyone here is my healthy tip of the day. Whenever you go to the gym or where ever you decide to workout the first and one of the most important things to do is to stretch and warm up. It prepares your muscles for the stress ahead and keeps them at an optimal length tension. This makes you able to preform better making you stronger overall. I know when your pumped up sometimes its easy to push flexibility and warm up to the side but it is one of your most important tools in building a stronger you.
