Hey everyone...just to let you know that I will be closing the retail store in Barrow Bay as of July 31, 2013. I will continue to work from my designated gluten free kitchen in my home. With this hot weather I was asked if I would make frozen meals once again and I have decided to do this. All the meals will be vegetarian, gluten and dairy free. They are delicious and if you didnt know better you would think they were just regular meals. A list of frozen meals will be listed on my website, vickiskitchen.net, by the end of the day. All information, pertaining to the meals will be found there as well. I am here for those who eat alternatively because I know how hard it is to find great food at a reasonable price.
