Hey everyone, just wanted to share a few things on our minds with - TopicsExpress

Hey everyone, just wanted to share a few things on our minds with you all and see what your thoughts are. Firstly, Queens Gambit is November 15th and 16th. While it is a good amount of time away from now, wed like to remind people that once registration is filled, that is all. Many teams will be attending, so people will be registering in 5-10 people at a time as seen with prior events. This means that slots fill up fast! If youre planning on attending, make sure you grab a ticket before October 15th as prices go up. Secondly, weve noticed that players are beginning to arrive later and later lately. This could be due to winter coming around the corner and everyone wanting to hibernate just a little longer on the weekend, but we dont want to make this a weekly habit. To help expedite future games, were going to be posting a schedule on our website, stockyardairsoft, with hard times for everything. This means briefings, games, and everything else will be starting with our without you. Thirdly, we are looking into hosting more monthly smaller community events outside of OPs, such as target competitions, training, team recruitment drives, swap meets, possibly milsim days. Fourth, were working on a system that will award players with points so to speak for when players are witnessed giving good sportsmanship and integrity. These points would be used for various things, including private invite only games, possible discounts/free days, and other rewards. Lastly, we want to focus more on rules. We are fairly active with going through the public forums, facebook groups, etc, and seeing peoples opinions on things. We do all we can to provide a better experience. We do see times where people will complain about Stockyard Airsoft publicly but not share their complaints with us specifically. Were not here to tell people not to do something. In fact, we encourage players to voice their opinions. We WANT to hear what you think, what you like, what were doing wrong, etc. Weve always held a firm believe that these things can only help us grow to provide you all with a better product. We cant tell you what to do, but we would HIGHLY appreciate forwarding us any complaints/concerns/praises/question you have, see from others. We will not ban/punish anyone with a negative opinion, that is not the goal. The goal is to make sure that we are aware of the problems you are having so that we can fix them. Thanks everyone, and lets do all we can to make our community a better place for airsoft in general. Lets all be the staple of good sportsmanship and make sure were staying true to Airsofts core values, of which none are more important than integrity. Have a great weekend, and we look forward to the future with everyone!
