Hey everyone so I thought I share a pretty cool fossil I found - TopicsExpress

Hey everyone so I thought I share a pretty cool fossil I found with an ammonite one, when I was a very young kid. I just recently found them again (I hid them away for safe keeping and forgot where I had put them lol). There still in as great of shape as when I was playing on the beach and pulled them out from between other slates of rock. The bigger one I have in the links below however I need help identifying if possible. I admit I havent looked into it much but Im a bit of a loss for what it could be. Where I live it is known to be where an ancient shallow sea met an ancient shoreline. I live in Utah one of the major dinosaur and fossil mecca in the US states. However I dont want to disclose the exact location where I found them for I dont want the sight to be torn up and potential other fossils ruined, I will just say they were found in the state in the rocky mountains. Though I did find the bigger fossil near the little one so it could be another aquatic creature that I do not know of or a simple piece of petrified driftwood which I kind of doubt but I honestly just dont know at this point. Enjoy the pics and would love to hear feedback. =) Larger unknown fossil: s25.postimg.org/kucol12mn/Pic_3.jpg s25.postimg.org/g9qi63ixb/Pic_4.jpg s25.postimg.org/ql7gci00f/Pic_2.jpg s25.postimg.org/6rvcjsmmn/Pic_1.jpg
