Hey everyone, this is totally a shameles plug and non fitness realated but VERY importanat to me. So if you are not interested just by pass this and sorry for the inconveninece. As many of you may know when I am not being a fitness fanatic, I am a Spanish teacher. I am very committed to my job and I love my students. In June I am taking an AMAZING group of students to Chimborazo Ecuador to do a community service project with the Me to We organization. We have been working HARD to raise money to help pay for this trip. We are currently selling Oragami Owl.
