Hey everyone we have been brainstorming and planning for 2014 . We have some great athletes onboard that are super keen to compete in comps next year . Well here is our dilemma we need some ring ins and spares . So here is the deal if you think you are up to it or you know someone who you think would like to be part of TEAM MANA TOA . Ok we are looking for advanced females only as I have plenty of guys that are stepping up . So if you are up to it or know someone we are going to be running a tryout day at CrossFit Coaction in the near future Mitch Dee the owner and coach of coaction will be organizing wods Fraser Harrison and Peter Gow and more than likely Kerri Gow will be there and if I give her enough notice our little maori rocket Davina Thompson will be there .
