Hey everyone we will be posting a quick report called the Short Black by Capt. Espresso, a quick update on whats happening out in the Gulf. Grant is always out there when the weather allows lookout for it here :) Short Black Report - July 1, 2013 Good weekend weather saw some excellent snapper and some nice kingfish being landed too! There are a lot of Kahawai in and around the Noises area after anchovies, with snapper in tow underneath. Today and tomorrow look excellent for a quick fishin’ mission whether in close or far ‘n wide. Good bites times this week, mid-morning extending into the high tides early afternoon i.e. nice long bite times with the winter conditioning being put on by the snapper, they’re in feeding mode! Be out there :)
