Hey everyone, with the amount of messages and e-mails Ive been receiving lately, I thought Id go over how orders work around here. Not trying to snippy or rude, just wanting to let everyone know so theres not as much confusion and you can help me better help you! :) --- -If youre just getting a quote to see how much I charge to see if you can even afford it, I highly suggest first checking out my website first: magicscustomtack It gets very time consuming quoting a lot of people and while I understand its part of the job and Im happy to help, it is helpful if you try to look for yourself first so you have an idea of if my price range is in your budget before asking about specific options. -Its not an order unless its paid for (or on bigger order half put down). It does not get onto my list unless money has been put down. I dont make things and contact you when its done for payment and I do not contact you for payment when Im ready to work on it (have had MANY problems with this in the past). This is custom work so there-for it needs to be paid for up front. -You dont have to order off the website. If youre serious about ordering, Im more than happy to take your order over facebook or e-mail (magicscustomtack@hotmail). Once we get the details and pricing all hammered out, I can either send you a paypal invoice or set up a link on the website for your card (website is more secure for card processing than me writing it down over the phone) -When you contact me about an order, please be sure to have some specifics of what you want. Bling, no bling. An example photo of something else Ive made as reference. Spots, no spots. And something else that is extremely helpful is if you check your spelling and/or punctuation. I get a lot of messages that get a little hard to decipher because theyre not typed out well or in txt language. -I dont sent a lot of progress pictures simply because once I get started on something, it gets done quick. It takes up a lot of time to get the pictures, get onto my computer, upload them, edit them and send them as I go. It would turn a 2 day process into 3 or 4. -And along the same note as above. Items do not actually take me months to make. When I have to wait on supplies and have orders in front of yours, thats what causes the turn around time. I also schedule breaks and creative breaks for myself along the way that I include in turn around time when I quote it. Ive ran myself into the ground too many times to know better than to not give myself a break for months on end. Again, Im not saying this to sound rude or short, I just run into a lot of these problems every day and it takes time that I could spend working on making stuff so this is essentially to help me help you and get my orders out as quick as possible :) Thanks everyone for all the amazing business you send my way!
