Hey facebook fam i just started a new job i hadnt worked in a couple of months and was glad and exited to get back out in the working world well fam Im a charge nurse in a nursing home and put my best foot forward to take care of my residents. I love nursing and have been wanting to be a nurse every since i saw my oldest sister Monica in her crisp white and green uniform. I love helping the elderly!! I try to take care of all their needs as i am suppose to but check this out there are some c.n.a.s who are going to try and set me up!! Can you believe that!! I have only asked them to do theie job i help clean and change people i toilet people i dress and undress people sooo all i ask is for them to take care of the residents they deserve to be treated with dignity!! So why get mad when i ask them to help these residents i need some input i want to handle it professionally please give me some input fam
