Im posting this inquiry to you to get feedback for us at The Eclectic Spoon - Marketplace and Eatery - were thinking about opening on Friday nights from 5:30 p.m. to 8ish for dinner and on Sunday for lunch from 11:00 to 2:00 p.m. Do you think it would be a good idea for our type eatery to be open after church? And, if so, we would need to hire additional staff for Sunday work. Do you know of anyone who has kitchen experience, wait staff experience - who would be interested in working on Sundays?
