Hey fam! While Im on medical leave I have a few days to rest before surgery and Im taking that time to visit some classes because I know Ill have serious FOMO lol! Last night I attended Tyshawna Spells class for the 2nd time, and I have to say, if you havent been to her class make it a point to go. Her passion for dance is amazing and it shows through every eight count. Shes such a humble, talented, kind woman and I left her class feeling great on many levels. Thank you Tyshawna! People please branch out and try different instructors. If you live on the Southside take a trip across the water, if you live on the Peninsula do the same. A family doesnt let distance come between them. Love my VA family!!
