Hey family, I know of at least two folks who are racing today at Ironman Lake Placid: Megan Pinkney will complete her first 140.6 and Keith Alston (I dont think this is his first full) is also racing! Both of these people are OUTSTANDING athletes, have trained consistently, and are fully able to execute their race plan. I have doubt in my mind that they are going to finish on top! Send some good vibes their way! May the course be in their favor!
