Hey fb friends...A first glance...this appellate reversal to give a convicted killer a new trial, just because his mother could not get int a court room during jury selection seems illogical and silly, but it does affirm a very important principal,, which is, that our court houses remain open to the public to protect the trial process and avoid secret justice.....But what about the evidence of guilt?...Perhaps that should and been the main thing...What say you?
